St Patrick's Athletic to play Conference League qualifier in Tallaght
St Patrick's Athletic have been forced to move their Europa Conference League third qualifier home leg against CSKA Sofia to Tallaght Stadium.
The move is in order to facilitate UEFA's requirement that games in this round are played at Category 3 stadia, with a minimum capacity requirement for seating of 4,500.
Richmond Park, the club's home ground in Inchicore, has a seating capacity of just under 3,000.
Pat's made it through last night on penalties, after a 1-1 aggregate draw with Mura of Slovenia.
Meanwhile, Sligo Rovers are hopeful that they will be able to play the home leg of their Conference League third round qualifier against Viking of Norway at The Showgrounds.
The Bit O' Red impressed as they comprehensively saw off Scottish side Motherwell 3-0 on aggregate, winning 2-0 at home last night.
Both home legs involving League of Ireland clubs will take place on 11 August.
