India play England in three ODIs starting Thursday, followed by Champions Trophy that begins on February 19. The duo has come under major scrutiny after their flop show with the bat during India's loss to Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. While Rohit scored just 31 runs in three matches, Kohli only managed 190 runs in nine innings, hitting a solitary century in nine innings. Rohit had missed the first Test due to the birth of his second chile, before opting out of the series decider in Sydney.
India vs England 1st ODI, LIVE Streaming: After claiming a brilliant win in the five-match T20I series, India are all set to face England in the three-match ODI series, with the first match to be played on Thursday in Nagpur. Led by Suryakumar Yadav, Team India thrashed England 4-1 in the T20Is and will now look to repeat the heroics under Rohit Sharma's captaincy in the ODIs. The ODI series against England is India's only tune-up tournament for the Champions Trophy, to be held in Pakistan and Dubai from February 19.

Australia's seam-bowling all-rounder Marcus Stoinis has surprisingly announced his retirement from ODIs with immediate effect, bringing the end of his international 50-over career at 74 games. Cricket Australia (CA) said on Thursday that Stoinis will continue to be available for selection in T20Is, adding that his decision to retire from the 50-over format is to focus on T20 cricket. Stoinis' retirement from ODIs also means CA will replace him with another player in Australia's squad for the ICC Champion's Trophy.
India mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy is expected to make his ODI debut in the series opener against England on Thursday. Chakravarthy was initially not part of the squad, and was only added to the team after impressing in the five-match T20I series against England.
