During the 7th over of the MI innings, Rickelton was caught by Pat Cummins off the bowling of Zeeshan Ansari. However, he was handed a massive lifeline as the third umpire spotted that Klaasen's gloves were in front of the stump when the ball was bowled. According to MCC rules (27.3), the wicket-keeper shall remain wholly behind the wicket at the striker's end from the moment the ball comes into play until a ball delivered by the bowler - touches the bat or person of the striker or passes the wicket at the striker's end or the striker attempts a run. As a result, it was judged to be a no-ball.
