Sofyan Amrabat has explained how he would fit into Erik ten Hag's Manchester United system

Manchester United appear to have the bulk of their incoming business either in the building or shortly due to arrive at Old Trafford.

Mason Mount arrived from Chelsea before the club's pre-season schedule got underway and has played a full part. The 24-year-old has strengthened Erik ten Hag's options in the United engine room.

David de Gea's replacement has also been secured with the signing of Andre Onana from Inter Milan. The stopper is very familiar with Ten Hag thanks to the duo's time together at Ajax.

A new striker, arguably the priority for United this summer, is due to arrive soon. United have agreed a deal with Serie A side Fiorentina for promising young Denmark international Rasmus Hojlund.

Several names emerged as being on United's striker signing shortlist this summer. The likes of Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen of Napoli were among them, but the Reds have opted to go for Hojlund.

Outgoings could well dominate much of the rest of the transfer window for United as the club seeks to recoup funds in the market this summer. Question marks surround the future of squad players such as Dean Henderson, Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay, Donny van de Beek, Fred and Anthony Martial, among others.
