Sir Jim Ratcliffe has just one piece missing from his jigsaw at Manchester United

The Glazers' shackles over the club have been loosened by Sir Jim Ratcliffe acquiring a minority stake, which means the British billionaire is assuming control over football operations.
Richard Arnold was the kingmaker after Ed Woodward's departure, but the days of Glazer yes-men running the club are coming to an end and Ratcliffe has already been influential.

Jean Claude Blanc emerged as the early front-runner to succeed Arnold as CEO, but he will take up a position on the board alongside Sir Dave Brailsford instead.
Blanc and Brailsford have been Ratcliffe's trusted lieutenants for Ineos' sporting projects and both will have roles in the petrochemical company's highest-profile adventure so far.
The news of the appointment of Omar Berrada for the CEO position came late on Saturday night and it feels hugely significant and not just because he's been lured from Manchester City.
