Sheffield Wednesday team news confirmed v Bolton Wanderers as Jordan Storey starts in defence

Darren Moore has named his Sheffield Wednesday starting XI to take on Bolton Wanderers this afternoon. The Sheffield Wednesday manager has made one change to his defence.

Jordan Storey, who missed the AFC Wimbledon clash due to personal reasons, has been preferred to Dominic Iorfa on the right of the back three. The Preston North End loanee has caught the eye since joining the Owls in the January transfer window.

Nathaniel Mendez-Laing retains his place up front and partners top-scorer Lee Gregory in attack. Liam Palmer, fit-again following a minor knock, is on the bench.

Owls chief Moore is without forwards Sylla Sow and Josh Windass through injury. Lewis Gibson and Dennis Adeniran are not yet ready to be considered for selection.
