Sheffield United among bookies favourites to win 2022/23 Championship title

Paul Heckingbottom's side are among the bookmakers favourites to win the Championship title next season. Sheffield United are 12/1, according to oddschecker, to win the title outright next season after their play-off disappointment.

The Blades were beaten by eventual play-off winners Nottingham Forest in a thrilling play-off semi-final, but one that was marred by a pitch invasion. Heckingbottom will be hoping his side are able to banish any demons from the play-off defeat and bounce back next time out.

Recently relegated Watford are the favourites to win the league, with Norwich also expected to finish in the automatic places. Steve Bruce's West Brom are the third favourites to win the title, having guided a number of teams to promotion from step two.
