Seven Man United players hit pre-season milestone as Erik ten Hag hints at early favourites
Erik ten Hag used no less than 34 players during Manchester United’s six ‘official’ friendlies this summer.
A seventh was played behind closed doors last week, with United defeating Wrexham 4-1. However, during the club’s six public friendlies, seven players managed to rack up over 300 minutes of pre-season action.
David de Gea played the most minutes out of any player during pre-season. Of the outfield players, Marcus Rashford, Fred, Bruno Fernandes, Victor Lindelof, Diogo Dalot and Donny van de Beek also reached the 300-minute mark.
