See the woods come alive at this enchanting north west light show experience in October

This autumn, Forest Explorers is putting on the north west’s biggest light show experience - with a spooky twist, in time for Halloween!

From October 7 to 31, head to the Magical Woodland in the heart of the Cheshire countryside and experience nature in all its autumnal glory on an immersive, interactive light trail.

And brand new for this event is a range of Halloween-themed sections to add to the fun, including Ghostbusters, Hocus Pocus, Under The Sea, dinosaurs and more.

The Magical Woodland is an enchanting, illuminated outdoor trail, featuring an array of never-seen-before light features, performance art, and supreme sound elements.

Running through 15-acre woodland and designed to take around an hour in duration, the trail will be lit up by dazzling fairy lights, interactive light features, and dancing tunnels of Borealis-style lasers.

As you follow the magical trails with crunchy leaves underfoot, watch as floating umbrellas and clouds of flying lanterns fill the sky, immersing you in a world of pure imagination.

What’s more, there are a number of brand new, spooktacularly themed sections along the way. Come face-to-face with various beloved movie characters from Disney’s Hocus Pocus and the ever-popular Ghostbusters, including a 10-metre Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

You’ll also get the chance to see what it’s like underwater with a special Under The Sea section, featuring a 30ft model of a ship!
