Sebastian Vettel has revealed a classy Ukraine tribute crash helmet
4-time Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel has revealed a Ukraine tribute crash helmet at the Bahrain test this week, with him lending his support to the ‘No War’ initiative the drivers put together ahead of day 1 in Sakhir.
The 2022 season is fast approaching now with three days of testing set to take place in Bahrain before the first Grand Prix of the year follows suit next weekend at the same venue.
However, that all pales into insignificance given the current situation in Ukraine – one that has seen the Russian Grand Prix removed from the calendar for the foreseeable future.
The drivers, meanwhile, have felt that the time was right to stand together in Bahrain with them launching #RacingUnited and, as ever, Sebastian Vettel has been leading the charge for the right cause with a fantastic tribute helmet.
He has the colours of Ukraine, the ‘No War’ slogan and the colours of every nation at the base, with Jens Munser Designs sharing the look on social media:
Imagine all the people * living life in peace
