Ryan Lowe's exciting predictions for Man United & Tottenham talents at Preston North End
Preston North End manager Ryan Lowe is delighted to have two players of Troy Parrott and Alvaro Fernandez' quality in the building.
The Lilywhites won the race for both young Premier League talents this week, with the Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United starlets down to spend the full season at Deepdale. Lowe now has Fernandez and Robbie Brady as options down the left flank while Parrott boosts the front line significantly.
It is two big transfers ticked off the list and now the focus will shift towards signing a right wing-back and bringing in another forward to complete North End's attack. Lowe feels he has got two good ones in Parrott and Fernandez and that they will push the rest of the squad to show their best selves.

"Yeah it gives our lads a lift because when you bring better players into the building - and that's no disrespect to the players we had - but when you bring more quality through the door then the lads see that and go 'okay then," Lowe told "But it also gives me as the manager a lift as well, and the coaches.
"You've got young lads who are very coachable, they want to be coached and they are Premier League players ultimately. These Premier League clubs have invested in them highly, so for us to have the opportunity to work with them and bring them through the door to play with our players, it's really pleasing. The lads see that and go 'okay here we go then' - I think that is what they have recognised."
Lowe has two left wing-backs signed up now and Fernandez is one PNE tracked throughout the summer, with plenty of his footage watched and competition fought off to land him. He's a player the North End chief has followed for a few years and one predicted
