Ruck and Roll: We are out west with Creggs RFC!

And now, it's time to make history! Ruck and Roll Episode 5 is here, and we are getting ready for Ireland v New Zealand!!

As the green giants head into a World Cup Quarter Final with history on the line, Seán and MC head out west to visit Creggs RFC in Co Galway. We put their skills and knowledge to the test and find out what players they love the most. We look back on a great win versus Scotland and get the predictions for New Zealand.

Connacht Rugby Star Paul Boyle pops down to the club too, and he tells us how he thinks the massive match will go!

More about Creggs RFC...

Creggs RFC is celebrating its 50th birthday this year. In that team they made it all the way to the AIL, and after reaching those heights, it was time to reinvent the club again. The reinvention program began around 2005, 2006 when we began to focus on mini rugby.

Every Saturday morning at 10am the mini’s start to arrive in the club and the excitement and mayhem begins. At present Creggs have around 300 mini players - both boys and girls. Their dedicated coaches work really hard to ensure that the children have a fantastic experience of rugby and learn the skills of the game. Mini rugby goes on until the children reach the age of 13 when they go onto youth rugby.

Creggs fields youth teams at all levels. They have been very successful in boys and girls youth rugby and teams are competitive at every level. In recent years many of the youth players have graduated to play with Connacht.
