Ruben Amorim press conference live Manchester United injury updates ahead of Lyon fixture

Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim will speak to the media this evening to look ahead to tomorrow night's Europa League quarter-final first leg against Lyon at Parc Olympique Lyonnais.

United will be determined to put one foot in the semi-finals of the competition ahead of welcoming the French club back to Old Trafford for the second leg next Thursday evening.

The Reds eventually cruised into the quarter-finals of the Europa League last month after beating Real Sociedad 5-1 on aggregate. After the first leg had finished 1-1 in Spain, United won the second meeting 4-1 at Old Trafford to keep their season alive.

Lyon, who are currently fifth in Ligue 1, beat FCSB in the last-16, winning 7-1 on aggregate, meaning they will also be keen to keep their European dream alive. They will also be out to build on their 2-1 win over Lille at the weekend.

Amorim is scheduled to speak to the media at 5:45pm BST this evening, meaning he should issue an update on the latest injury news and look ahead to the clash with the French outfit.
