RTÉ GAA Podcast: Masterson previews Meath v Kerry final

In a novel final pairing, defending champions Meath take on Kerry in the TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship final, on this week's podcast Mikey Stafford is joined by Denise Masterson and Emma Duffy of the42.ie to look ahead to Sunday's decider.

The absence of Dublin or Cork from the final hints at a more democratic era in women's football and Denise suggests Meath's shock success last year has given hope to the chasing pack, such as the Kingdom.

However Eamonn Murray's charges have not looked that dominant thus far and face a free-scoring Kerry team who will test their defensive structures.

Emma believes Meath may be peaking at the right time, while Denise thinks the champs may look a little leggy after long club seasons.

The spectre of the AFLW hangs over this final, with Meath superstar Vikki Wall and midfielder Orlagh Lally set to jet off to Australia shortly after, Emma and Denise give their thoughts on the impact of the longer season Down Under on the LGFA.
