RSPCA appeal to reunite singing cockatiel with its owner after it was found on park bench
A tuneful cockatiel that was discovered on a park bench in Greater Manchester is searching for the person who first showed them how to sing, after they were taken in by the RSPCA and found to be an adept singer. Despite being a Mancunian singing bird, the animal charity was not clear if it knew a single Oasis song.

Most telling of all that he was a feathered falsetto, he would start singing "If You're Happy and You Know It" when someone clapped.
With the bird's impressive vocabulary of phrases and songs, the charity says Peek-a-boo’s charming character suggests he has probably come from a loving home where a lot of time has been spent on training him by someone. Clues, such as his singing voice, indicate that he might have been trained by an older woman.
