Ronaldo, Salah, De Bruyne: Who is the best looking Premier League footballer?

Cristiano Ronaldo has been ranked as the 212th most attractive footballer in the Premier League, according to a new study.

Scientific research from RantCasino.com has looked at every player ahead of the 2022/23 season and applied the ‘golden ratio’ – a mathematical symmetry algorithm, that influences the human’s perception of attractiveness.

It gave every player a final percentage score and those closest to 100% were deemed the most attractive.

It’s important to remember that physique, height and, well, how good each player is at football isn’t included in the study. Facial features only.

So, what were the results?

Well, as mentioned, Ronaldo ranked pretty lowly in 212th with a ratio of 52.81%.

The study isn’t particularly kind to heartthrob Jack Grealish either as he’s down in 167th with a golden ratio of 60.14%.

Arsenal’s Ben White, who is also considered one of the best-looking players in the league, is in 111th with 66.09%.

So, who is the sexiest footballer in the Premier League?

That award goes to Bournemouth’s Jack Stacey.

The defender, 26, has played 81 times in all competitions for the Cherries since signing from Luton in 2019. Last season, he appeared in 22 Championship matches as they earned promotion back to the Premier League.

Stacey’s 89.53% golden ratio beat Brighton’s Teddy Jenks, who came second. The 20-year-old is yet to appear in the Premier League for the Seagulls having spent last season on loan at Aberdeen.

Brighton also have the third best-looking player in the league in the more well-known Leandro Trossard.

Trossard scored eight goals in 34 Premier League matches for Brighton last season and his good looks mean he’s no doubt capable of scoring off the pitch as well… sorry!

There aren’t too many
