Ronaldo, Diaz, Lukaku, Grealish: Premier League's 30 most expensive signings in 21/22 ranked

So many massive transfers were made by Premier League clubs in the 2021/22 season.

Romelu Lukaku and Jack Grealish were the most expensive arrivals, joining Chelsea and Manchester City respectively in £100m deals.

Liverpool splashed the cash, buying Ibrahima Konate for £36m last summer before purchasing Luis Diaz for £40.5m in January.

Arsenal spent a grand total of £150m last summer and it appears to have paid off as they look set to qualify for the Champions League.

While the biggest deal was undoubtedly Cristiano Ronaldo’s emotional return to Man United. The Red Devils paid Juventus £20m to bring him back to the club.
