Roman Reigns' ice-cold reaction to Brock Lesnar before WWE WrestleMania 38 match

Roman Reigns ended WrestleMania 38 as the new undisputed WWE champion following his winner takes all unification match against Brock Lesnar.

WrestleMania 38 provided fans with two nights of entertainment with Sheamus, Randy Orton, Johnny Knoxville and Stone Cold Steve Austin all making appearances.

However, the main event took place on Sunday night, with Reigns and Lesnar facing off in what would top off an overall outstanding event.

Reigns and Lesnar’s rivalry runs deep, with their first fight occurring back at WrestleMania 31 in 2015.

This rivalry was echoed by the pair, with their determination and dedication to win visible for all to see, with Reigns not reacting to a lunge made by Lesnar prior to their fight.

Fans were left with a slight sour taste following the fight, however, after the match came to an abrupt stop as eventual winner Reigns was audibly heard saying that he had injured something in his arm.

Reigns was holding his arm whilst yelling “it’s out” to his associate Paul Heyman.

The fight made it just past the 12th minute before it came to its conclusion, with Reigns walking away with both the WWE Championship and Universal Championship.

The pair have currently faced off head-to-head seven times in their respective careers, with Lesnar winning three and Reigns now winning four.

The flat feeling fans would’ve been left with, however, will take some work for the franchise and Reigns to overcome this snag in the storyline, especially before WrestleMania 39 takes place next year in California.

It’s rumoured that he could face The Rock by the time WWE heads to Sofi Stadium next year, however, as time goes on, those embers seem to be dying.
