Rohan one of four South Africans leaving Sale Sharks
Rohan Janse van Rensburg's departure from Sale Sharks sees him become the fourth South African to leave the Manchester-based club at season's end.
It was confirmed on Wednesday that the burly midfielder will return to South Africa to play for the Durban-based Sharks.
The 27-year-old, who played one Test for the Springboks in 2016, has represented the Sale Sharks since the 2017/18 season.
Janse van Rensburg's departure leaves the tally at seven frontline players to leave Sale in the off-season.
Other South African players set to depart include locks JP du Preez and Lood de Jager and scrumhalf Faf de Klerk.

Du Preez will join Scottish outfit Glasgow Warriors, while De Jager and De Klerk are set for moves to Japan.
It's not certain which club De Jager will join, while the Canon Eagles appear the favourites to win De Klerk's signature.
Other players to leave Sale Sharks are flyhalf AJ MacGinty (Bristol Bears), hooker Curtis Langdon and utility forward Cameron Neild (both to Worcester Warriors).
There's still a strong South African flavour at Sale though, with all of Jono Ross (No 8), Akker van der Merwe (hooker), Coenie Oosthuizen (prop), Nick Schonert (prop), Cobus Wiese (lock, flank), Dan du Preez (loose forward), Jean-Luc du Preez (loose forward) and Robert du Preez (flyhalf) still on their books.
