Robert Lewandowski Open To 'Shock Move Away From Bayern Munich' In Summer As Premier League Club Plot Stunning Swoop

The 33-year-old Polish striker has been in sensational goalscoring form this season and has scored an impressive 39 times in 33 appearances.

Mikel Arteta is believed to be on the hunt for a new striker in the summer, with Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette out of contract at the end of the season.

He tweeted: “Robert Lewandowski’s future situation is absolutely open.

“He’s focused on second part of the season with Bayern -- but his current contract expires in 2023 and he wants a new deal to stay.

When asked if he could move in the summer, he told Sky Sports Germany: “I am open to everything. I’m quiet.

“It is important for me to be able to focus on my game, always on what can happen
