Report: Liverpool officials tell FSG to sign ‘big’ and ‘unplayable’ man as door opens for Klopp

According to Noticias de Gipuzkoa, as translated by Sport Witness, there has been an update on Liverpool’s interest in Real Sociedad star Alexander Isak.

Sociedad are now said to be open to selling Isak if the right bid comes in, promising to entertain ‘important’ offers from ‘big clubs in Europe’.

The 22-year-old, standing out as a key player for Sociedad over 2021/2022, is also attracting interest from other top Premier League sides.

As Liverpool officials advise FSG to make a move, it is clear to see why, with Isak taking more shots at goal per 90 than any Sociedad player whilst also completing the second-most successful take-ons (WhoScored).

While Isak’s goal return so far this season comes nowhere his 17 strikes over 30 La Liga starts last year, the
