Red Bull’s fragility ‘certainly a concern’ for Perez
With Red Bull recording three retirements in three races, Sergio Perez admits the RB18’s reliability is “certainly a concern”.
He, however, is convinced Red Bull will resolve their issues.
While both RB18s retired at the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix, both in podium contention when their fuel systems broke, Saudi Arabia was better with Max Verstappen taking the win.

It was a bitter-sweet one given the team’s on-going reliability issues.
“It’s certainly a concern,” Perez said when asked about the fragility of the RB18.
“We’ve lost a lot of points already in these first three races that in the end can make a huge difference in the championship. So we are obviously aware of it.
“All the team back home in Milton Keynes, here, are working flat out to try to come up with solutions.
“We don’t know exactly the issue on Max’s car. So yeah, we will see and I’m sure we will turn things around and hopefully we can start again from zero when we go back to Europe.”
