Real Madrid XI vs PSG: Predicted lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest for Champions League game today

Real Madrid will have experienced duo Toni Kroos and Marcelo available for tonight’s decisive Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

However, Casemiro and Ferland Mendy are both banned for the last-16 second leg at home to PSG, having accrued their respective third yellow cards of the competition.

Madrid must overturn a 1-0 deficit at the Bernabeu to reach the quarter-finals of a competition they have won 13 times.

German veteran Kroos missed the LaLiga victory over Real Sociedad on Saturday due to a hamstring problem but is nearing a swift return to fitness. Also set to return is Federico Valverde, who suffered from flu over the weekend.

If one of the duo cannot partner Luka Modric in midfield, Eduardo Camavinga will keep his place in the XI. Dani Carvajal’s torrid night in Paris may mean Lucas Vazquez comes in at right-back.

Marcelo came off the bench in the weekend’s 4-1 win but picked up a knock, although that is reportedly unlikely to keep him out of action on Wednesday.
