Real Madrid vs Man City LIVE early team news and score predictions for Champions League fixture

Manchester City take on Real Madrid on Tuesday night in the first leg of what promises to be an epic Champions League semi-final.

It's a tie that many would have predicted for the final but instead the two heavyweights are battling out for the right to face one of the Milan clubs in Istanbul on June 10.

City boss Pep Guardiola doesn't quite have a fully fit squad at his disposal as he will be without Nathan Ake. The centre-back suffered a second hamstring in quick succession in the 2-1 win over Leeds on Saturday and hasn't recovered in time to travel to the Spanish capital.

Los Blancos aren't at full strength either. Eder Militao will miss the match through suspension after picking up his third booking of the competition against Chelsea last time out and fellow defender Ferland Mendy remains sidelined with a calf injury. Carlo Ancelotti also lost midfielder Dani Cabellos this week to a thigh strain.

You can follow all the build-up, action and reaction from the Bernabeu LIVE right here.

Here's our venue for tonight's drama, the iconic Santiago Bernabeu stadium which is currently undergoing a huge renovation.

It's going to be a warm one for Pep Guardiola, the players and the 60,000 fans due to enjoy the spectacle - the current temperature in the Spanish capital is 27C.
