The fast bowler's action was remarkably close to that of Indian cricket team star Jasprit Bumrah and fans were left stunned by the similarity between the two cricketers. Mahesh Kumar, who was part of  Gujarat Titans back in 2022, was seen bowling at the nets and he was able to replicate Bumrah's action perfectly. Fans were left excited by the bowler's action and many hoped for a bright future for Mukesh Kumar.
