Quiz: Can you guess the footballer from their Wikipedia career path?

Wikipedia isn’t always the most reliable source if you’re looking for accurate facts in life. The ability for everyone to edit any page makes it difficult to fully believe everything you read.

However when it comes to football statistics, it’s not far off.

If you want basic career stats on any player of a semi-decent level, Wikipedia will have everything you’re looking for.

From appearances and goals to individual accolades, Wikipedia is a fantastic tool to give you a bit of knowledge on any given player.

If, like us, you spend a lot of your time trawling through Wikipedia looking at player statistics then you might do well in this little quiz we’ve created for you.

1-5: Call yourself a football fan?6-10: Have another go11-14: Not a bad effort15-17: Well played18-19: Wow. Incredible knowledge20/20: You’re either a cheat or a genius

Be sure to let us know your score and tag your mates in the comments section on Facebook. Anything above 15/20 is impressive and worth shouting about.

Good luck!
