Mark Hudson is hoping to get his Cardiff City team back on the winning trail tonight after the disappointing defeat by Coventry City at the weekend.

The Bluebirds travel to London to take on QPR in this week's instalment of Championship action, with City having dropped sharply down the table in the last few days owing to other results.

But they have the opportunity to bounce back tonight at Loftus Road, however they face a QPR team which currently occupies the play-off spots. There has been some drama today, though, with Hoops boss Michael Beale believed to be Wolves' number-one choice to replace Bruno Lage at Molineux. Will that have any impact this evening?
