Proteas' final T20 World Cup warm-up abandoned due to heavy rain
The Proteas' final warm-up for the T20 World Cup against Bangladesh was abandoned due to inclement weather in Brisbane on Wednesday.
Cricket South Africa confirmed on their Twitter account that South Africa's second and final warm-up game was called off without a ball bowled due to "heavy rain" at the Allan Border Field.

At the same venue on Monday, South Africa won their first warm-up game against New Zealand after restricting the Black Caps to 98 and securing a clinical nine-wicket victory.

Wednesday's match would have been the last warm-up for both sides before the Super 12s, with Bangladesh suffering a 62-run loss to Afghanistan in their opening warm-up.
South Africa will contest Group 2 alongside India, England, Pakistan and two qualifiers, with the top four teams progressing to the knockout stages.
The Proteas get their T20 World Cup campaign under way on Monday, 24 October against a qualifier at Bellerive Oval in Hobart.
