Premier League table: Predicting every result between now and the World Cup

The Premier League is back – and we’ve missed it massively.

It’s been almost a month since a full Premier League fixture list due to postponements and then the dreaded international break.

But from this weekend right up until the World Cup, it’s non-stop football.

Between now and Qatar, there are eight gameweeks. What happens between now and then will have a huge say in what happens come the end of the campaign.

So what will happen in the next couple of months?

Well, we’ve used our crystal ball to predict every single Premier League fixture between now and then to form a Premier League table ahead of the World Cup.

No, really we have.

We realise the odds of us getting every result right is impossible. But it’s just a bit of fun to see which clubs have the easiest fixtures to go on a run ahead of the World Cup.

We’ve predicted the results gameweek by gameweek without looking at the Premier League table so it doesn’t influence our guesses.

It’s formed a rather interesting table which can be found at the bottom of the page.

So, without further ado, check out our predictions of the next seven gameweeks.

What a weekend we have in store to welcome back Premier League football.

We’re predicting Spurs win the North London Derby, while Man City ease to victory in the Manchester Derby. Elsewhere, Chelsea lose away to Crystal Palace and Liverpool pick up a much-needed win against Brighton.
