“Postecoglou will be hoping...” – Journalist drops claim on 6 ft 1 Celtic star ahead of Old Firm

Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou ‘will be hoping’ that striker Georgios Giakoumakis can put in a solid performance once again in tomorrow’s Old Firm derby, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

The 27-year-old featured from the off against Rangers last time out as the Hoops ran out comfortable 3-0 winners thanks to a brace from Reo Hatate and a single strike by Liel Abada.

O’Rourke believes that the 6 foot 1 Giakoumakis ‘was a handful for the Rangers defenders’ a few months ago and that his manager will be expecting a similar performance.

He told GiveMeSport: “He
