Porto vs Rangers LIVE as Danny Rohl switches to back five for Europa League clash

The European dream may be over for Rangers for this season but Danny Rohl is determined to go out with a bang.

A dreary return of four points from seven games means there's no chance of squeezing into the top 24, but in truth that's no real reflection on Rohl's management given the damage that had been done already when he took over in October.

The challenge tonight is to prove they can mix it with Europe's big dogs. And there are few bigger at this level than former European champions Porto, who know a win could well propel them into the top eight.

With his new signings unavailable, Rohl will have to turn to the old faithfuls tonight to get the job done in Portugal.

And while there's not much on the line, he'll be desperate to keep their eight-game winning streak going and carry over some serious momentum ahead of a big league double header with Hibs and Kilmarnock.

Porto starting XI: Costa, Kiwior, Bednarek, Gomes, Froholdt, Samu, Pepe, Costa, Varela, Moura, Mora. Subs: Ramos, Costa, Eustaquio, Zaidu, Rosario, Sainz, Prpic, Gul, Fernandes, Miranda, Bras

Rangers starting XI: Butland, Aarons, Tavernier, Fernandez, Djiga, Meghoma, Raskin, Diomande, Curtis, Gassama, Chermiti. Subs: Kelly, Wright, Souttar, Kerr, Smith, Stewart, Antman, Aasgaard, Miovski, Moore, Gentles
