Police want to speak to this man after 'serious sexual assault' on girl in alleyway

Police have released CCTV footage of a man they want to speak to after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in an alleyway in Salford.

The 'serious attack' is believed to have happened between Howe Street and Back Howe Street in the Broughton area at around 8.30pm on Sunday, December 3. Detectives believe the victim was approached by a man before she turned into the alleyway and was sexually assaulted.

The man then 'ran away from the scene'. Police are continuing to try and track him down with an investigation ongoing.
