Poland v Wales Live: Kick-off time, team news and score updates from Nations League clash

Wales kick off a crucial international schedule with a trip to Wroclaw to take on Poland in the opening game of a new UEFA Nations League campaign.

Boss Rob Page will, of course, be keeping one eye on Sunday's World Cup play-off final, but will nevertheless be keen on ensuring his side turn in a good performance as they bid to make their mark in League A.

It presents something of a selection dilemma. Does Page keep the likes of Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey fresh for the weekend, or will he perhaps be tempted to get some minutes in their legs given their recent lack of game time?

Bale has played just 20 minutes of senior football since netting twice against Austria in the last international break, while Ramsey too has seen his loan stint at Rangers plagued with injuries. A full strength Wales side seems unlikely, but Page has insisted he will 'show respect' to tonight's opponents.

Poland, in contrast, have already booked their place at the finals in Qatar, meaning the likes of superstar striker Robert Lewandowksi could well feature.

Kick-off is at 5pm.
