Phil Foden shares 'biggest game' admission before Man City vs Liverpool showdown
Manchester City starlet Phil Foden is relishing the prospect of taking on Liverpool this Sunday afternoon with such high stakes involved. A single point separates the top two as things stand and the outcome of this showdown may determine where the Premier League title ends up this season.
City have led for much of the campaign, but Jurgen Klopp and his Reds have been relentless since Christmas. A win for Pep Guardiola and his star-studded team would open up a four-point gap with seven matches to play, but their rivals Liverpool can also move top at the Etihad Stadium.
Some observers are labelling it as a title decider. However, while Foden acknowledges this marks the biggest game of the season for either side, the 21-year-old is predicting further twists and turns along the way.
