Patrice Evra had Thierry Henry cracking up with actions before Man Utd vs Spurs

Patrice Evra was at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening for Manchester United’s clash against Tottenham Hotspur.

United have found some form after a poor start to the season.

The Red Devils were positioned in fifth going into the match, seven points behind Tottenham in third.

Evra is a legend at United.

The Frenchman made 379 appearances for the club across as an eight-year spell. He helped them to 14 trophies.

Evra retired from football in 2018 and ventured into punditry.

He was back at Old Trafford on Wednesday while covering the game as a pundit on Amazon Prime.

Evra has development a reputation for doing some quirky things while on screen and he was at it again in Manchester.

"It's special, I call it home," Evra said. "It's a little bit windy, but don't worry, I asked someone to turn up the AC."

Evra then left his co-pundits, Thierry Henry and Roberto Martinez, in stitches after stopping his punditry to eat some of the Old Trafford grass.

"When I come here I always taste the grass," Evra said, before bending over, plucking some grass out of the ground and eating it.

"And yes. It's a little bit garlicky. But it tastes the same. This is my home. Bon Appetit." Evra said after munching on the grass.

It was a bizarre yet brilliant moment and you can watch it below...
