Parents rush to Sainsbury's up to half price toy sale as Peppa Pig, Barbie, Lego and more reduced

The Sainsbury's up to half price toy sale has had parents rushing to stores eager to pick up some of the bargains on offer.

But a quick check by our Manchester Family showed many of the prices are in fact the cheapest around.

The Barbie Space Discovery Doll for instance is just shy of £50 at other places and the Jurassic World Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus Rex is £59.99 at Smyths and Amazon.

Other reductions include
