As mentioned, Andrew McDonald will be leading Australia through this series as the team's interim head coach. He took over from Justin Langer, who departed last month in circumstances that probably don't need to be rehashed — you all know what went down and probably have very strong feelings on it, one way or another.
It will certainly be interesting to see what, if any, perceptible differences there are between the side that won the Ashes in a canter and the one that takes the field today. But there is most certainly pressure on Pat Cummins and his team to at the very least continue that level of success.
