Paddy McGuinness leaves fans nostalgic with holiday snap as he says 'you can take the lad out of Bolton'

Paddy McGuinness had fans rushing to respond as he shared a snap from what appeared to be his latest holiday. Last week, the Bolton-born TV star that there's 'nothing wrong' with his hobby as he addressed 'growing up' in his latest social media post.

Top Gear host Paddy took to his Instagram page with a video form inside his Cheshire home which he still shares with ex-wife Christine. In the video, the 49-year-old could be seen walking through his family home as he explained: "I am going to show you a few bits in my office. I think you'll like this."

He went on to explain as he got to his office: "Basically, I am a big kid. A massive shout out to all me fellow big kids out there. I honestly don't think I'll ever grow out of playing with toys," before showing off his collection of figurines of various movie characters.

"Grow up? Never!!! #toys #bigkid#hottoys," he captioned the post to his two million followers who were quick to back him in his toy-collection choices.

But there were plenty of Max and Paddy comments as fans got nostalgic over Paddy's former project with his pal Peter Kay after seeing his own Lego figure. @bossyflossy3488 replied: "Max and Paddy …. Bring them two funny b*****s back." @ashkay28 said: "Max n paddy defo best ones there." @the_three_giants added: "Toys are nice, but Max and Paddy, quality."

But this week, Paddy has made his fans nostalgic for a different reason, however, it still involves much-loved comic Peter. Once again taking to Instagram, the former Take Me Out host shared a picture of a sun lounger which had been perched on the sand. It was covered in to towels each with their own branding.
