Paddy McBrearty ruled out of league final for Donegal
Captain Paddy McBrearty has been ruled out of Donegal's Allianz Football League Division 2 final against Armagh this weekend with a leg injury.
The attacker has played in all seven of his county's group games, kicking 1-26.
Donegal manager Jim McGuiness confirmed the news at the launch of the Ulster championship on Monday night.
McBrearty was replaced by Jeaic Mac Ceallabhuí just 20 minutes into last Saturday's defeat of Meath.
That victory saw Donegal remain unbeaten in Division 2 as they topped the table. They will face Armagh in Sunday's decider at Croke Park, 1.45pm throw-in.
