Pablo Mari confirms Mikel Arteta is the 'solution' to Arsenal's problems in Aubameyang response

Despite Arsenal’s obvious improvements this season which sees the club fighting to finish in the top four for the first time since Arsene Wenger left the club, debate continues to surround Mikel Arteta’s tenure in north London.

Arsenal have made some huge decisions on players with Arteta at the centre of the processes which led to the overhaul of the squad which is still ongoing and is likely to see further exits and signings in the summer transfer window.

Many players have either left permanently or on loan with a number of high-profile players moved on despite their obvious talent. This split the fan base on a number of exits but what has been interesting is the reaction from some players after they’ve departed.

Pablo Mari joined Serie A side Udinese on loan until the end of the season and will likely seek a more permanent departure in the summer. The Spaniard became frustrated at the lack of opportunities afforded to him after the arrival of Ben White from Brighton.

However, he has been speaking again about his former manager Arteta and could not have been more complimentary.

"I have to say he is one of the best coaches in the world because when he does the game plan, I never see it like this,” he told ESPN.

"How he finds solutions for us and makes it easy to play the game: I've never seen something like this. That means he is an amazing coach.

"To give you the tools to play a game more easily, that's amazing because when you go to the pitch, you already have in your head the type of thing you have to do to play easy."
