'Outstanding' - Manchester United academy complete another stunning comeback after goalkeeper assist
Manchester United's Under-21s were trailing Doncaster by two goals in the 70th minute, but the youngsters refused to die and clawed themselves level in dramatic circumstances.
Ethan Ennis made it 3-2 and Louis Jackson scored the equaliser with the last kick, somehow finding the back of the net amid the carnage in the sixth minute of added time.
Goalkeeper Dermot Mee came up for the corner and assisted Jackson, which added to the moment. U21 manager Travis Binnion punched the air on the touchline and the youngsters threw themselves into the away support, who had witnessed a chaotic last-second equaliser.
"They showed great character to come back from where we were," said Dave Hughes, assistant manager of the U21s. "No matter what level, what game or what competition, you have to stay with it. And then the composure and mentality to remain composed in the penalty shootout."

United view the EFL trophy as the chance to test 'elite young players' against higher opposition in a more pressured environment, which prepares them for the first-team.
The competition pits academy teams against senior sides from the English pyramid and if a group game ends in a draw, penalties are taken to decide who wins the extra point.
United scored five perfect penalties and won that extra point, with Sam Mather, Ethan Wheatley, Jack Fletcher, Harry Amass and Gabriele Biancheri all converting from the spot.
