Opinion: The best destinations for Malcolm Ebiowei amid reported Tottenham, Leeds, Fulham and Crystal Palace interest

Malcolm Ebiowei has been a bright spark for Derby County in what transpired to be a disappointing end to their Sky Bet Championship season.

Making 15 Championship appearances at the back end of the campaign, the attacking player scored one goal and registered two assists.

His promising performances for Derby have caught the eye of a number of clubs, according to reports.

Last weekend, for example, the 18-year-old was linked with a move to Premier League side Crystal Palace by The Sun, with Patrick Viera said to be keen to secure his signature, just as they did with Ebiowei’s Derby teammate Luke Plange.

This week, more club’s have been thrown into the mix, with Tottenham, Leeds and Fulham all credited with an interest, as per the Daily Mail.

As above, Palace have already made the move for Ebiowei’s teammate Luke Plange, and in general, there appears to be a focus on signing young EFL talent at the club at the moment.

Indeed, if there is interest from Palace, Ebiowei certainly can look at other players as examples of the treatment he may receive at Selhurst Park.

Fulham

Fulham may be the other ‘best’ candidate for Ebiowei to consider this summer if they are one of the teams interested.

They are a Premier League side
