Opinion: Should Celtic adopt similar tactic to last victory at Ibrox?

Celtic go into this weekend’s game against Rangers hoping to achieve a first win at the home of their biggest rivals since a 2-0 victory at Ibrox in September 2019.

That win was under the management of Neil Lennon, and since then the Hoops have made their way to the home of their biggest rivals on a few occasions, but have not managed to pick up a win, the last time being in August, when the Bhoys lost 1-0.

Now the Hoops return to Ibrox and they should do so with plenty of confidence, as the team sit at the top of the league and are currently unbeaten in 31 games domestically.

Postecoglou prefers to play the ball out from the back, and it is rare to see his team play a long ball up the pitch. However, it could take Rangers by surprise, and that could give the Hoops an advantage for the rest of the game.

The Celtic boss will probably stick to his own game plan for the game at Ibrox, and he
