ONE on Prime Video 2: Top challenger calls out Angela Lee

ONE Championship Women’s Atomweight Champion Angela Lee will be making the move up to Strawweight at ONE on Prime Video 2 to face Xiong Jing Nan for the MMA division’s Championship.

Prior to her massive main event contest, the Atomweight Champion has been called out by a strong contender in the 115-pound division of the company.

Lee will be hoping to take the win on the massive Amazon Prime card to become a concurrent two-weight division Champion, but she still has opponents waiting in the wings at Atomweight.

ONE FC fighter Tiffany Teo will be making her Atomweight debut at the upcoming ONE 161 fight card, and she claimed in a recent interview with the company (via Sportskeeda) that she has her sights set on Lee and her Atomweight gold.

She said: “At the top of the list would be Angela Lee. That has always been on my bucket list since I started fighting. 

“I kind of have both grounds covered now, especially since she’s contending for the world title at Strawweight. So no matter if she’s a champ at Atomweight or the champ at Strawweight, we’re gonna make this fight happen.”

It would certainly be another major contest for the company to promote, especially if Lee is able to defeat Xiong Jing Nan in the main event of the Amazon Prime fight card this weekend!
