ONE Championship ONE X Predictions: Brendan Schaub Gives His Picks

ONE Championship will be presenting ONE X on Saturday 26th March 2022, and former UFC fighter Brendan Schaub has given his picks for top fights on the card.

There are several fight profile contests confirmed for the fight card on the night, with disciplines across MMA, Muay Thai and Submission Grappling set to take place.

The main event and co-main are extremely intriguing contests, featuring major names such as ONE Championship Atomweight Champion Angela and former UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson.

Here are the picks for ONE Championship ONE X from former UFC Heavyweight contender Brendan Schaub.

Speaking on The Schaub Show on Monday 21st March 2022, Schaub revealed that he sees Angela Lee retaining her Atomweight World Championship in the main event.

He said: “So, you’re showing Angela Lee right now, who is a complete demon. I think her dad was an anaconda.

“[Lee] also has that mama power. Her husband [Bruno Pucci], I think, is also a fighter, but her brother also fights. And her sister. The whole family fights. But, she is a complete badass, man.”

Schaub also gave his picks for the flyweight freestyle contest between Rodtang and Demetrious Johnson.

He said: “The gentleman that [Johnson’s] fighting, Rodtang, you got to look this guy up. He is a complete monster. [He] might have the best chin you’ve ever seen.”

Despite this, Schaub sees his fellow former UFC colleague Johnson getting the win during Saturday’s contest.
