Kellie Harrington's history-making guaranteed bronze was sandwiched between defeats for Jude Gallagher and Aoife O'Rourke.

O'Rourke's defeat was a bit of a shocker but Eric says, while the referee was a little weak, Aoife will be hugely disappointed with how she allowed her Polish opponent, Elzbieta Wojcik, to dictate terms.

Classy Harrington displayed a very different way to win and Eric believes the back-to-back Olympic medallist ranks among ireland's best ever amateur boxers.
