Oleksandr Usyk vs Deontay Wilder: Tyson Fury gives 'goodbye forever' prediction

Tyson Fury believes a fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Deontay Wilder would end with one punch.

The unbeaten Fury has had his say on what it would take for the ‘Bronze Bomber’ to send the Ukrainian Usyk tumbling to the canvas.

Having beaten Anthony Joshua twice in the last year and currently holding the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO world titles, Usyk would be no easy opponent.

Usyk comfortably outboxed Joshua on both occasions and certainly justified the victories. Joshua’s defeats have raised some serious questions over both his boxing ability and his future.

The former cruiserweight also claimed the Ring Heavyweight title from Fury after he vacated the title following victory over Dillian Whyte in April.

On the opposite side of the canvas, 36-year-old Wilder is yet to fight following his defeat to Fury in October 2021 which ended their historic fight-trilogy.

Fury certainly has first-hand experience of Wilder’s raw power as he famously hit the canvas after a flurry of heavy-hitting punches from the American during their first encounter. He continued:

“I don’t care if you’re the slickest man alive. As soon as Wilder lands on any of them, goodbye forever.”

The Brit also argued that: “Maybe Usyk can outbox him for up to 10 rounds,
