Oasis general ticket sale LIVE as fans face huge queues and ticket sites struggle under huge demand

Oasis fans are expected to rush to buy tickets for the band's reunion tour as they go on sale on Saturday morning.

Tickets will go on sale for the 17 UK and Ireland shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin. Tickets will be available on Ticketmaster, Gigs and Tours and See Tickets and will go live at 8am for the Dublin shows, and 9am for the UK gigs.

The general sale takes place following Friday night's pre-sale which allowed thousands of lucky fans the chance to get their hands on tickets early.

Ticket prices for the tour were confirmed on Thursday afternoon and will range from £65 to £185 (excluding fees) and vary depending on venue and whether they are seated or standing. There will be strict rules in place, with regard to how many tickets you can buy with only four allowed per household.

Oasis' return was announced on Tuesday morning after growing speculation of a reunion. Confirming the news Oasis said in a statement: "The guns have fallen silent, The stars have aligned. The great weight is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”

Oasis tweeted at 9am to say that the UK shows we're on sale, but they were met with some sarcastic responses from many already frustrated fans.

One said: "You're joking right???" Another said: "NO CHANCE!!!" Whilst another said: "We've been in the Ticketmaster line for an hour now, it’s not moving, it’s frozen lol"

Oasis tickets are now on sale for all 15 UK shows at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium and Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium.
