Novak Djokovic beats Stefanos Tsitsipas in straight sets to take title
Novak Djokovic defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3 7-6(4) 7-6(5) in the Australian Open final on Sunday to claim a record-extending tenth title at Melbourne Park.
It was the Serbian's 22nd Grand Slam crown, taking him level with Rafa Nadal at the top of the list of men's major champions.
Djokovic was overcome with emotion after climbing into the stands to celebrate with his family.
He lay down in the player box sobbing uncontrollably before recomposing himself for the presentation ceremony.
