Nottingham Forest coach Dave Rodgers reveals 'real belief' flowing through club
Nottingham Forest U23s assistant head coach Dave Rogers says it is a real "privilege" to be a part of a club providing success across all areas.
The Reds' Under-23s side moved into the Premier League 2 Division 2 play-off spots on Friday night after a 1-0 home win over Wolves and Rogers believes the only way is up now.
Will Swan provided the winning goal to beat Wolves at Meadow Lane whilst elsewhere the first-team are closing in on a Championship play-off spot, the Under-18s are in the FA Youth Cup semi-final and the Women's team continue to fight for promotion.

Rogers, who joined the club in August, said. "We have so many players in this squad, there is a really good team spirit and togetherness about the boys.
"But if you look at the club overall - from the first team to the academy and the women's team - there is a real buzz about the place and we just keep wanting the boys to carry on the belief that myself and Andy Reid put into them."
He added: "It's amazing. It's a real privilege to be a part of Nottingham Forest Football Club, especially right now.
"Through every level and every department at the club there is a real belief. I think you only have to look at the fans and the buzz around Nottingham to see that everyone is on-board and everyone is enjoying the time we are in. We want to keep going and see where that takes us."
